Horizons Program

WETC works with the Tritown Council to create afterschool drama programs for the local Elementary Schools. Check out the scheduled drama clubs on their website by clicking here.

Students explore the theatrical arts through acting and improvisation. Using the three essential actor tools (body, voice, imagination) participants will engage in a variety of theatre games and exercises to assist them in creating and rehearsing their own original skits. Each and every participant will have the opportunity to write, perform, and possibly direct as a method of exploration into the world of theatre. The course will culminate in a performance of their original work to be performed for friends and family.
